Founded by Evie Staples, a change leader with over a decade of experience navigating billion-dollar systems and building bridges between people and progress, ETF was born from a simple conviction: every small business owner deserves to thrive, not just survive.
After years of helping corporations recover from operational breakdowns and complex transitions, Evie realized something powerful — the tools used to help giant companies could be adapted to help everyday visionaries. Entrepreneurs, service providers, community builders — the ones doing meaningful work but burning out under pressure. So, she built ETF to serve them.

Evie brings 13+ years of leadership across the medical, financial, and supply chain sectors with a specialization in enterprise change management, strategic communication, and business transformation. She has saved organizations billions through operational turnarounds and now leverages that expertise to help small and mid-sized businesses thrive in the AI economy. Known for her emotional intelligence, magnetic speaking style, and visionary leadership, Evie is the driving force behind Empower the Future’s mission to bring clarity, systems, and strategy to overlooked entrepreneurs.
Becky is a detail-obsessed strategist and grammar enthusiast with a passion for planning, organizing, and serving. She brings advanced administrative and communication skills, and serves as the right hand to the CEO. With a background in executive support, client communications, and systems implementation, Becky plays a key role in day-to-day operations, calendar and inbox management, CRM updates, and streamlining backend processes. Her hospitality mindset and servant leadership make her indispensable in maintaining both internal order and a high-touch client experience.
