With over a decade of experience across large-scale, high-impact initiatives, she has supported enterprise-level transformations valued in the billions, partnering with executive leaders to drive adoption, align strategy, and deliver measurable results. Known for her ability to translate complexity into clarity, Evie combines strategic insight with human-centered design to build scalable systems, engaging training, and sustainable change frameworks. Her work bridges the gap between vision and execution, equipping leaders and teams to move through change with confidence, precision, and lasting impact.

Becky Burroughs
Operations Manager
Becky is a detail-obsessed strategist and grammar enthusiast with a passion for planning, organizing, and serving. She brings advanced administrative and communication skills, and serves as the right hand to the CEO. With a background in executive support, client communications, and systems implementation, Becky plays a key role in day-to-day operations, calendar and inbox management, CRM updates, and streamlining backend processes. Her hospitality mindset and servant leadership make her indispensable in maintaining both internal order and a high-touch client experience.

Sabrina German is an Instructional Multimedia Specialist and Design Architect with over five years of experience creating data-driven learning solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and operational efficiency. She specializes in instructional design, curriculum development, and digital learning experiences, blending methodologies like ADDIE and Agile to deliver scalable, high-impact training programs. Sabrina has led the development of dozens of eLearning and microlearning initiatives, translating complex technical and compliance requirements into clear, user-centered content that drives adoption and measurable results. With a strong background in multimedia production and learning technologies, she partners cross-functionally with stakeholders to design intuitive, visually compelling, and results-oriented learning ecosystems that empower teams and improve business outcomes.
